Role Overview

We are seeking a MicroStrategy Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence. This role requires a deep understanding of microservices architectures and the ability to design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports and dashboards while analyzing complex datasets to deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical skill set and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and significant insights to facilitate data-driven business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and create technical specifications based on business needs.
• Carry out comprehensive data validation and quality checks to ensure high data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
• Optimize existing reports and dashboards to enhance performance, usability, and effectiveness.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of MicroStrategy Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business users to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the reporting process.
