Role Overview

We are looking for a MicroStrategy Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MicroStrategy reports and dashboards. You will analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable business insights that drive performance. You should have a strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Airflow Composer, and Python. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the reporting needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Optimize existing MicroStrategy reports and dashboards to enhance performance and user experience.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of MicroStrategy Business Intelligence solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reports and dashboards.
• Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance to enhance their skills.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards.
