We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer L1 to join our team in Mumbai. This role focuses on the configuration management and maintenance of production network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-Access (SDA) networks, Cisco ISE, wireless infrastructure, and Wi-Fi access points. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco wireless LAN controllers, Cisco Prime, and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring the network's availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring, patching, and incident management. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain operational excellence.
5-10 years of experience in network management, hands-on with Cisco Wireless LAN controllers, Cisco Prime, Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting, device configuration management, backup management, and incident/problem/change management. Good-to-have: Cisco ISE and MSE knowledge.
