Guarantee Trust Life Insurance is seeking a skilled OnBase Application Developer to join our IT team in Elkhorn, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom OnBase applications that support our insurance operations, including document archiving, retrieval, and automated workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems like CRM and ERP platforms.
Key responsibilities include customizing OnBase forms, reports, and workflows using Unity and Configuration Tools; troubleshooting and optimizing application performance; participating in testing and deployment phases; and staying current with OnBase updates and best practices.
