Role Overview

We are searching for a motivated Online Marketing Manager who is ready to take charge of our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively lead campaigns that promote our brand and garner customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be equipped with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across various online platforms and will be instrumental in enhancing our revenue growth through optimal marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Manage initiatives for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and use analytics and performance metrics to optimize ROI.
• Design and implement strategies for increasing website traffic, lead generation, and customer conversions.
• Allocate marketing budgets effectively across various channels and manage spending.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports focusing on KPIs and providing actionable insights.
• Conduct detailed competitor analysis and stay informed on the latest marketing trends and updates.
• Oversee the management of online reputation and enhance brand visibility across digital avenues.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools for lead nurturing and improved customer engagement.

Tech Stack

• Digital Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing Platforms.

• Experience: 3+ years in Digital/Online Marketing.
• Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube campaigns, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Tools: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM tools.
• Abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred.
