Role Overview

We’re seeking an Operations Engineer who is a curious thinker, ready to contribute to Quvia's growth and innovation. This role is pivotal in supporting our NextGen connectivity platform and ensuring our flagship product meets the high standards expected by our diverse clientele. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping our operational capabilities and improving our customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide advanced-level support to customers experiencing complex network issues across various domains, including routing, switching, and network security.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related problems reported by customers or identified through monitoring systems.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, effectively communicating with customers to understand issues and provide timely updates.
• Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to expedite issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for internal knowledge bases and conduct training sessions to share insights with team members.
• Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, pursuing further professional development and certifications.

Salary

Estimated at ₹80,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month, in line with industry standards for similar roles.

• 4+ years of experience in network engineering, technical support, or a related field.
• Deep technical expertise in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies (VLANs, STP), and network security (firewalls, VPNs).
• Proficient with network troubleshooting tools and protocols like Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
