Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Architect to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end solution blueprints covering Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and related modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust Oracle HCM Cloud architectures.
• Lead architecture design sessions and solution reviews with stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, IT, and project managers to define requirements and solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee and guide the configuration, integration, and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Ensure that all solution designs are aligned with Oracle best practices and adhere to organizational standards.
• Design integration strategies between HCM Cloud and internal/external systems such as payroll providers and ERP.
• Plan and oversee data migration activities from legacy HCM systems to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system design, architectural diagrams, and governance standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Oracle HCM Cloud product roadmaps to recommend optimization opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives leveraging Embedded AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

Salary

Estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,20,000 - ₹2,00,000 per month.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in HCM with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience working in both Managed Services and Implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud (Architect, Implementation Specialist, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in large-scale, global HCM cloud deployments.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) affecting HCM system architectures.
