Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications utilizing the Pega Platform. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our applications align with business needs and technical requirements, driving the delivery of innovative solutions that empower our clients to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform, ensuring comprehensive coverage of client requirements.
• Build and configure workflows, case management features, and business rules to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop reusable components and integrations with external systems to enhance functionality and reduce redundancy.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand and refine system requirements.
• Troubleshoot application issues diligently and provide robust production support to maintain high service continuity.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the code quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with 3.5+ years of relevant Pega development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC.
• Experience in Case Management, Workflows, Data Pages, Decision Rules, and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture and application design.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Pega CSA/CSSA/CSSA certification is an added advantage.
