Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who will own and manage all paid media channels for the company. This role involves overseeing end-to-end processes for various campaigns, utilizing platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You will play a critical role in optimising advertising performance through careful budget management, creative testing, and precise reporting. This position is characterized by high ownership and accountability in a company that prioritizes results.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Build, launch, and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns targeting NRI and HNI audiences across India, UAE, and Singapore.
• Manage campaign budget optimisation (CBO), bid strategies, and audience hierarchy.
• Create and manage lookalike audiences from CRM-sourced converted investor data.
• Lead creative A/B testing: brief the design team, analyze performance, and iterate based on insights.
• Implement and maintain Conversion API (CAPI) for server-side tracking.
• Daily monitoring and optimisation of key performance metrics including frequency, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, and CPQL.

Google Ads

• Execute search campaigns aimed at high-intent investment keywords.
• Manage Display and YouTube pre-roll campaigns for awareness and retargeting purposes.
• Analyze cross-channel attribution of Performance Max campaigns for comprehensive insights.
• Conduct weekly audits on negative keywords and maintain search term hygiene.
• Collaborate with the design team to optimize landing page Quality Scores.

LinkedIn Ads

• Create and manage Sponsored Content and InMail campaigns targeting senior professionals and CXOs.
• Integrate Lead Gen Forms with HubSpot CRM through Zapier.
• Track and retarget website visitors and LinkedIn-engaged audiences, monitoring CPL and conversion rates.

Tracking, Attribution & Reporting

• Own UTM naming conventions across campaigns for accuracy.
• Maintain tracking systems including Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and GA4 event tracking.
• Develop weekly attribution dashboards displaying CPQL, lead-to-call rate, and booking rate.
• Use data to inform budget allocation decisions.
• Produce monthly paid media performance reports for leadership.

Data & Audience Strategy

• Manage custom audiences utilizing CRM data and collaborate with CRM Ops for regular audience updates.
• Analyze audience performance regarding overlap, saturation, and fatigue.

• 5+ years managing paid campaigns independently
• Proven experience with high ticket products (real estate, finance, luxury, education)
• Strong understanding of attribution modelling and Conversion API (CAPI) implementation
• Ability to analyse data and independently optimise campaigns
• Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
• Strong English communication skills
