• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in physical design, with at least 3 years specializing in low-power methodologies
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Synopsys ICC2, Cadence Innovus, and power analysis tools like PrimePower
• Strong knowledge of low-power design techniques including power gating, multi-Vt libraries, and clock gating
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing design flows from RTL to GDSII
• Familiarity with advanced nodes (7nm and below) and timing/power closure methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with global teams
