Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PMO Analyst who will support essential project governance, financial operations, and portfolio management for multiple initiatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining project data integrity, supporting financial reconciliations, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, collaborating with global stakeholders across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Office (PMO) Support

• Support daily PMO operations by maintaining governance standards, documentation, and reporting.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to assure on-time delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, status reports, dashboards, and portfolio documentation.
• Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to organizational PMO processes.
• Organize governance meetings, prepare materials, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Assist in project financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.
• Validate project costs, resource allocations, and financial data to maintain accuracy.
• Participate in monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to rectify financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial governance policies.

Portfolio & Data Management

• Maintain accurate project portfolio information within management systems.
• Analyze project performance metrics and prepare executive reports.
• Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy through validation of project information.
• Assist in preparing management reports for leadership reviews.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO leadership, and Finance teams across global operations.
• Maintain effective communication with geographically distributed teams.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed to enhance PMO efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), project coordination, project administration, or financial operations role.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, financial tracking, and portfolio management activities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview and/or JIRA.
• Familiarity with financial systems; experience with Eclipse is considered an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
