Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Power BI Developer who will take charge of developing and maintaining comprehensive business intelligence solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business intelligence tools and possess the skills to translate complex data sets into actionable insights, thereby enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end BI solutions including data modeling, DAX measures, dashboard creation, and performance optimization using Power BI.
• Build and enhance applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with backend data teams to integrate, transform, and analyze data from various sources with SQL.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Lead client calls to present dashboards, explain logic, gather feedback, and confirm deliverables.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks, ensuring the accuracy of reports and visualizations.
• Troubleshoot issues within Power BI, Power Apps, and Automate, ensuring timely resolutions for a seamless user experience.
• Document solution designs, workflows, and release notes for clarity and future enhancements.
• Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and version upgrades within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Leverage analytical thinking to interpret data trends, identify insights, and recommend improvements in business processes.
• Utilize knowledge of supply chain analytics to design relevant analytics solutions for inventory, logistics, and operations.
• Train end-users and mentor internal teams as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Analytics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in SQL-based data environments.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain analytics is preferred.
