Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Full-Stack Developer to join our Managed Services team in Hyderabad, working full-time during US business hours. The primary mandate is to lead the design, development, and architecture of scalable, secure, and cloud-native software solutions. You will serve as the technical authority on client projects, making architectural decisions around performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. While the role is predominantly focused on full-stack software development and architecture, you will also apply practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or OCI), database services, and modern software delivery practices. DevOps serves as a secondary responsibility: you should understand CI/CD pipelines, build automation, deployments, monitoring, and release processes, but this is not primarily an infrastructure administration role. You will mentor senior and junior engineers, conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, cloud, security, and operations teams. The role demands strong communication skills, adaptability across different client domains and technology stacks, and a genuine interest in learning each customer's business domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.
• Design scalable backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using C#/.NET, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Build responsive, maintainable frontend applications using React, Angular, React Native, or Vue.js, along with frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, or Tailwind.
• Leverage AI coding agents effectively; configure AGENTS.md, skills, and plan-versus-build modes as needed.
• Make architectural decisions covering performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate applications using Azure, OCI, or AWS services including compute, storage, databases, messaging, serverless, identity, networking, and monitoring.
• Design database schemas and data-access strategies using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Review code, establish engineering standards, and promote design patterns, clean code, and testing practices across projects.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and deployment automation using bash scripting, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Support observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and application diagnostics.
