Role Overview

The Principal Full-Stack Software Engineer role encapsulates both leadership and technical acumen. This position will not only drive architecture and coding but also lead modernization efforts for an enterprise platform critical to the organization’s operations in India. As a key representative for the company, the individual will engage with global stakeholders, ensuring that delivery standards are met while fostering a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures for web applications.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from specifications through to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while maintaining existing ones.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence the technical direction of the team.
• Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to the architectural best practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs better and align technology solutions accordingly.

Tech Stack

• Front-end: React, Angular, Next.js
• Backend: .NET/C#, Node.js, TypeScript (good to have)
• Cloud: Azure (main), AWS (good to have)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Snowflake (awareness is a plus)

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years in full-stack development.
• At least 2 years in a tech lead or senior architecture role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Strong backend experience with .NET/C#.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent in AI-assisted development tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Experience in cross-cultural team collaboration is a plus.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Backend knowledge in Node.js or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Awareness of Snowflake or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AI tools in software development lifecycle.
