Role Overview

As a Procure to Pay & Dispute Analyst, you will be a vital part of our Accounts Payable function, focusing on managing supplier inquiries and resolving disputes related to invoice processing. Your role will serve as the first and second level of support, ensuring that all supplier queries are resolved promptly and accurately. This position requires a deep understanding of procurement processes and will involve both hands-on management of disputes and collaborative oversight across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary and secondary support for supplier queries regarding invoices, payments, and the P2P system.
• Manage supplier inquiries through email, ticketing systems, or P2P portals, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Guide suppliers on invoice submission methods, status tracking, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Maintain robust SLAs, First Touch Resolution (FTR), and customer satisfaction benchmarks in all interactions.
• Handle invoice disputes from start to finish, including price mismatches, quantity variances, tax errors, and duplicate invoices.
• Collaborate with Procurement, AP, and Business teams to investigate and resolve disputes effectively.
• Track aging for disputes, follow up with involved stakeholders, and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
• Document root causes of recurring issues and contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing these occurrences.
• Support suppliers utilizing e-invoicing channels and facilitate onboarding to enhance seamless processing.
• Assist in bulk invoice uploads, ensuring template and data validation for accuracy.

• P2P Systems: Coupa, SAP AP, Ariba, Oracle iSupplier
• Tools: Ticketing systems, Email communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

This is an on-site role based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 5 years in Accounts Payable operations and P2P support.
• Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in P2P / Accounts Payable operations.
  • Familiarity with handling supplier invoice queries and disputes.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing models and invoice validation rules.
  • Experience with P2P systems such as Coupa, SAP AP, Ariba, Oracle iSupplier (exposure to any is acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and proactive follow-through on dispute resolutions.
  • Confidence in managing escalations independently.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
