Role Overview

As a Product Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of our road maintenance solutions. This position is not related to IT; rather, it focuses on integrating technical expertise with customer needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure our equipment meets the specifications required for various applications in the manufacturing and automotive sectors, particularly for Construction Equipment Vehicles (CEV) and Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM). You will also serve as a crucial liaison between our engineering team and customers, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Customization: Provide tailored solutions to customers by addressing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize deep technical knowledge about our products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Bridge Function: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and engineering departments to ensure alignment on customer needs and product capabilities.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct product demonstrations, testing of solutions, and validation processes to ensure all equipment operates optimally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback from customers and improve future products.

Tech Stack

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive engineering principles.
• Customer Relationship Management: Utilize communication tools for interacting with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from ₹82,000 - ₹1,51,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.

• Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in relevant fields.
• Preferred Experience: 3 years in manufacturing management, 5 years in functional testing, 5 years in Construction Equipment Vehicle (CEV), 5 years in Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM), and 3 years in technical sales.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and innovate solutions for complex challenges.
