Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the design of intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences across our AI-powered SaaS products. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, engaging, and user-friendly product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process for new features and product enhancements.
• Understand business requirements, user needs, and workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Design clean, modern, responsive interfaces for web-based SaaS applications.
• Simplify complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, and data-heavy experiences.
• Design experiences for AI-powered features: copilots, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows.
• Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to the overall design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering from requirement gathering through implementation.
• Provide clear design specifications, interaction states, and edge cases for developers.
• Conduct design reviews and UI/UX QA to ensure accurate implementation.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and continuously improve product experiences.
• Ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across all products.

Tech Stack

• Design Tools: Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, design systems)
• Front-End Context: HTML, CSS, React (understanding preferred)
• Accessibility: WCAG standards
• Product Types: SaaS, B2B, enterprise web applications (dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, reports)
• AI & Emerging Tech: Generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, agentic applications

4–6 years of hands-on Product Design / UI/UX experience; expert in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping); strong UX principles, interaction design, information architecture; experience designing dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, reports for enterprise SaaS; ability to convert ambiguous requirements into user-friendly designs; familiarity with AI/GenAI product patterns and design systems.
