Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product needs based on user feedback and operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain operator-facing tools that enhance the productivity of back-office teams and streamline operations.
• Build and improve the agent platform that supports our agents in navigating healthcare systems effectively, focusing on automation and user experience.
• Implement a robust underlying platform that ensures security and efficiency, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather insights and refine product requirements, evolving the product roadmap based on real market needs.
• Drive initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality output and responsive support for day-to-day operations.

• Protocols/Standards: WebSockets, HIPAA compliance
• Development Practices: Monorepo structure with Nx, use of WorkOS for authentication

• 7+ years of experience in building production software
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Postgres
• Strong understanding of schema design and UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with real-time applications and WebSockets
• Experience with agentic AI / LLM systems is a plus
• Prior experience in early-stage startups or healthcare background is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
