We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join AppsForBharat, the maker of Sri Mandir, the world's largest app for Hindu devotees. This role involves owning product strategy, execution, and data-driven optimization for a fast-growing faith-tech platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of product management experience to drive product strategy and execution for Sri Mandir. This role sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology. You will collaborate with senior PMs, UX/UI designers, engineers, and data analysts to deliver delightful devotional experiences. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver who is passionate about technology and innovation, has a strong user-centric mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with CleverTap is a must-have requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy Development: Work with senior product managers to define and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities. Use insights to inform product decisions.
• Product Development Support: Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that drive high engagement and satisfaction.
• Feature Prioritization & Roadmapping: Use customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives to prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap and release schedules.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Track product performance using KPIs and data analytics. Identify areas for improvement and optimize features to boost user engagement and retention.

Tech Stack

• Analytics & Engagement: CleverTap (mandatory expertise)
• Mobile Platforms: Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective-C) – working knowledge
• Web Technologies: React, Node.js (preferred, not mandatory)
• Product Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence, or similar for Agile workflow
• Data Tools: SQL for querying, Looker or similar BI tools (preferred)
• Other: Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus

Engineering or Management graduate from a premier institute. Minimum 3 years of product management experience. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. Proven track record of managing product development from concept to launch. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with CleverTap is mandatory. E-commerce or supply chain experience is a plus. At least 2+ years of core work experience.
