Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities. You will drive product development from concept to launch, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement for Sri Mandir app. This is a full-time role based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, with remote flexibility. You will be part of an ambitious team from IITs and IIMs, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy Development: Work with senior PMs to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business objectives and market trends.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that drive satisfaction and engagement.
• Feature Prioritization: Use data analysis, customer feedback, and business impact to prioritize features and maintain release schedules.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Track product performance using KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and optimize features to boost user retention and engagement.

Tech Stack

• Product Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence (implied), Agile methodologies.
• Analytics & Marketing: Clevertap (mandatory experience), data analytics tools.
• Platforms: Mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications.
• Other: Understanding of e-commerce and supply chain systems is a plus.

• Engineering or Management graduate from a premier institute.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of product development from concept to launch.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools preferred.
• Passion for technology and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• 2+ years of core work experience.
• Experience and understanding of Clevertap.
• Past experience in e-commerce or supply chain is an added advantage.
