Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our project management team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to full project lifecycles—from planning and execution to reporting and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Ideal for candidates pursuing or recently completing a PGDM/MBA or B.Tech, this role blends project coordination, data analysis, and business operations, offering a strong foundation for a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, trackers, and action items.
• Analyze project and business data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues when required.
• Support process improvement initiatives and reporting automation efforts.
• Assist in customer onboarding, project implementation, and operational support activities.
