Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Projects department based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. This role involves managing end-to-end project execution of CCTV Surveillance and Access Control systems. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of projects, maintain high-quality standards, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute CCTV Surveillance and Access Control projects from installation to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality.
• Conduct site surveys and devise comprehensive installation plans tailored to project requirements.
• Proficiently read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documents to facilitate installations.
• Install, configure, and commission various security systems including IP/Analog CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control panels, biometric devices, and RFID readers.
• Set up and configure network devices, ensuring proper system connectivity through appropriate IP addressing and switching techniques.
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of installed systems, maintaining operational excellence.
• Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance to technicians and subcontractors, ensuring effective project site management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and address any project-related inquiries.
• Provide training to end users regarding system operations and maintenance following project completion.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle, supporting service activities when required.

The salary for this role is set according to company standards and experience, estimated to be in the range of ₹38,838 - ₹43,530 per month based on industry standards.

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 Years of experience in CCTV Surveillance and Access Control project execution.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems.
• Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of IP Networking, TCP/IP, Switching, and Structured Cabling.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and electrical layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for project execution.
