Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce and website projects for US accounts. This role requires a hands-on manager who can manage client expectations, ensure timely project delivery, and align technical solutions with business objectives. The Project Manager serves as the primary communication bridge between US-based clients, product owners, and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project management, a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and exceptional spoken and written English skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication and Client Management: Lead client discovery sessions, sprint demos, and status meetings with US-based stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly communication. Document requirements through BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets. Manage project changes, scope creep, and difficult client conversations diplomatically.
• Project Planning and Delivery: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and roadmaps. Plan and execute end-to-end website, e-commerce, and hosting projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Technical and Platform Management: Manage projects across WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Commerce, Magento, and AWS-based hosting environments. Translate client feedback into precise technical tasks. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Support e-commerce integrations, payment gateways, CMS platforms, and third-party APIs.
• Risk, Quality, and Resources: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure performance, security, and usability standards. Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Agile and Reporting: Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, and manage iterative development workflows. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation.
