Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python Developer) to join our engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling the backend services that power our classroom technology platform. You will work on a highly scalable, distributed web services platform, collaborating closely with mobile and web development teams to deliver end-to-end features. Key Responsibilities

• Development of the application’s back end – from design to deployment, ensuring end-to-end delivery of new features.
• Continuously evolve the architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and own components of a highly scalable, distributed web services platform.
• Optimize algorithms and software design for large-scale distributed systems.
• Work seamlessly with mobile and web development teams to integrate backend services.
• Constantly improve software development processes, code quality, and team productivity.
