Role Overview

Webkype is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join its engineering team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate. You will be part of a collaborative team building and shipping products that impact thousands of users daily. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience with Python, strong knowledge of Django or Flask, PostgreSQL, and AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, iterate rapidly, and contribute to real-world solutions from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django/Flask.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and ship features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
