Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated QA Developer/Sr Developer/Lead to join our team in Noida. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment and requires a self-driven individual capable of contributing as a quality engineer within an Agile Scrum development team. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge and experience in designing and executing complex test cases for both frontend and backend components. The role will involve both manual and automated testing of applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and architects to develop and execute rigorous testing strategies in an Agile setup.
• Work on the creation, implementation, and execution of manual and automated test cases derived from product specifications and requirements.
• Employ Agile methodologies effectively, and be an integral part of the Scrum process.
• Design and enhance automated test procedures, frameworks, and collaborate in code reviews.
• Prepare tracking documentation and status reports related to automation testing and project releases.
• Interact with stakeholders to clarify requirements and probe technical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to defect management processes and assist in meeting project deadlines.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java.
• Good experience with databases and SQL.

• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
