Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned QA Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our Noida team. This hybrid role combines manual and automation testing responsibilities, requiring you to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, ensuring quality across complex applications while mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement in our testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement hybrid testing strategies combining manual and automation approaches for efficient test coverage, test planning, and quality validation frameworks
• Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing efficiency
• Drive GUI testing activities to ensure usability, consistency, accessibility, and user experience quality
• Define database validation strategies to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
• Analyze complex requirements and identify risk areas, edge cases, and critical scenarios for testing
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across modules ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Review test cases and automation scripts to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Drive automation coverage improvements and optimize regression testing execution
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures
• Mentor team members in both manual and automation testing techniques to improve team capability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end quality delivery

• Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Technical Competencies:

  • Skilled in Test Case Creation, Execution, Planning, Reporting with risk assessment
  • Hands-on with Selenium for automation
  • Experience with Qtest, QC, JIRA and other test management tools
  • Strong Core Java skills
