Role Overview

We are looking for a QA & Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with basic knowledge of software testing and data analysis who want to build a career in both areas. The role involves supporting testing, defect reporting, data validation, and basic data analysis to ensure application quality and data accuracy. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and basic exploratory testing on web and mobile applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and issues using JIRA.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger to validate endpoints and data flows.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity using SQL queries and MS Excel.
• Identify data errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in databases and reports.
• Assist with dashboard and report validation for BI tools like Power BI.
• Prepare basic testing reports and data analysis summaries for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications

Experience

• 0–12 months of experience in QA, Software Testing, Data Analysis, or a related area. Freshers with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to work across QA/testing and data analytics.
