Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Lead with 12–15 years of experience specializing in both Manual and Automation Testing. This is a critical role requiring strong leadership capabilities, along with proven experience in managing teams effectively. The QA Lead will work in night shifts and oversee a team of about 10–15 QA professionals, driving quality assurance strategies across multiple projects that cater to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of 10–15 QA engineers, ensuring productivity and efficient performance.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team.
• Oversee complete testing activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop and drive both manual and automation testing strategies across various projects, aligning with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring a seamless workflow within the Agile/Scrum framework.
• Mentor and guide team members, enhancing their technical and functional expertise through constructive feedback and collaborative learning.
• Analyze testing outcomes, identify potential risks, and provide effective mitigation strategies to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of all testing activities, maintaining transparency in processes and results.

Tech Stack

• Test Automation Tools: Selenium, TestNG, Cypress
• Test Management Tools: JIRA, QC
• Skills in CI/CD integration, API Testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured), and familiarity with performance testing tools is desirable.

• 12–15 years of overall experience in QA with a mix of manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in test frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD integration.
• Proven experience in team handling (10–15 members mandatory).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and pipelines.
