Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Lead with a substantial 12–15 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in managing QA teams effectively. As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance strategies across various projects. This position requires working in night shifts and leading a talented team of 10–15 QA professionals. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 QA engineers, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Define, implement, and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end testing activities including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Drive both manual and automation testing strategies across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables within timelines in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical and functional skills.
• Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of testing activities.

Tech Stack

• Test Automation Tools: Selenium, TestNG, Cypress
• Test Management and Tracking Tools: JIRA, QC
• CI/CD Integration
• Experience in API Testing: Postman, Rest Assured (preferable)

• 12–15 years of overall experience in QA with a mix of manual and automation testing.
• Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in test frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD integration.
• Proven experience in team handling (10–15 members mandatory).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and pipelines.
