As Meraki Labs continues to co-build across its portfolio, they are seeking a QA Tester (Manual & AI-Assisted) to help ensure the products built across portfolio companies are reliable, high-quality, and ready for real users. This role blends hands-on manual testing rigor with modern AI-assisted tools.

Role Overview

We're looking for a QA Tester with 2–5 years of experience who is comfortable executing manual test cycles while also leveraging AI-powered testing tools. You will use AI test generation, self-healing automation, visual regression with AI, and LLM-based test case creation to improve test coverage and efficiency. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers across portfolio companies to ensure every release meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases for web/mobile applications across functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing.
• Use AI-assisted testing tools to generate test cases, identify edge cases, and accelerate regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Linear, or similar bug-tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify bug fixes.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
• Contribute to test plans, test strategies, and acceptance criteria during sprint planning.
• Evaluate and pilot new AI-based QA tools to continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and compatibility testing.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and sign-off processes.
• Maintain clear, structured test documentation including test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

• Automation (good to have) – Selenium, Playwright, or similar
• Database – SQL for backend validation
• Additional – Agile/Scrum methodologies, prompt engineering for AI test generation

2–5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing; solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC; experience writing clear, structured test cases and bug reports; familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools or strong willingness to learn; working knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.); basic understanding of API testing; good understanding of web/mobile application architecture; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written and verbal communication skills.
