Role Overview

As a Quality Associate at Sistema.bio, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and play a crucial role in supporting production functions within our manufacturing plant. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure zero complaints from TecOps/customers during installations and to maintain the integrity of our supplier components and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure no product-related complaints arise from TecOps or customers during product installations.
• Monitor and analyze product-related complaints to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Guarantee compliance with product specifications and maintain supplier quality.
• Manage project timelines, collaborate on material procurement, conduct supplier visits, and facilitate audits.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and systems without any bypass.
• Conduct regular audits, including inventory, installation quality, and research & development project audits.

Tech Stack

• Quality control tools: 7QC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan
• Documentation practices and standards for manufacturing processes
• Continuous improvement methodologies relevant in quality systems

Location

The position is based in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Salary

Estimated salary for this role is ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, based on industry standards.

• 5+ years of experience in the quality domain.
• Strong understanding of core domain concepts such as quality control, manufacturing processes, and product specifications.
• Knowledge of tools like 7QC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and Control Plan.
• Ability to identify issues such as rejection and process deviations.
• Capability to suggest structured solutions.
• Basic data interpretation skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with standards and documentation practices.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of quality systems including inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) or MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management (an added advantage).
