Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Quality Control Analyst to join our quality assurance team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of data quality, speech analytics accuracy, and automated QC processes. You will work closely with business teams, AI trainers, and translation specialists to maintain and improve the quality of our AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a computer science background, and fluency in both English and Bengali. This is a full-time position requiring 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Auto QC: Execute daily automated quality control tasks with high precision to maintain data quality and operational efficiency.
• Business QC: Deliver requirement-based quality control to ensure that business expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Vernacular Script Translation: Ensure accurate and timely translation of scripts across multiple vernacular languages (primarily Bengali and Hindi) to support project delivery and overall quality.
• Speech Analytics QC: Monitor and improve speech analytics accuracy according to business requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• UAT & Flow-based Testing: Strengthen testing quality by creating robust test cases for user acceptance testing and flow validation.
• AI Training: Enhance bot call performance through targeted AI training and continuous learning initiatives.
