Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Verification Engineer with a strong background in Web Application Testing. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in automation testing and a comprehensive understanding of the software testing lifecycle. Candidates with experience in performance, security, and mobile testing will be viewed favorably as value addition to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain effective automation test scripts, demonstrating a minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in this area.
• Execute detailed test cases and meticulously document test results, including any defects or issues identified during the testing process.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and functionalities.
• Participate actively in requirement reviews, as well as test planning and strategy discussions to enhance testing outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and practices prior to product release, safeguarding user satisfaction and operational integrity.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in Web Application Testing.
• Automation Testing: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• STLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Test Management Tools: Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Test Case Design: Proven experience in test case design and defect tracking.
• Good to Have:
  • Experience in Performance Testing (e.g., JMeter).
  • Basic knowledge of Security Testing concepts.
  • Exposure to Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
