Role Overview

As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by generating new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships within the real estate market. You will engage with builders, developers, and brokers to promote our cutting-edge technology solutions. With a focus on achieving business development and revenue targets, you will also contribute significantly to the strategic planning for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire enterprise clients in the real estate industry.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with builders, developers, channel partners, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
• Present and demonstrate technology solutions effectively to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value propositions they offer.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and revenue goals through proactive sales strategies.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with clients, identifying new growth opportunities within the industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding processes and overall client success measures are implemented.

Tech Stack

• Knowledge of PropTech and Real Estate Technology solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM solutions, SaaS products, and digital platforms relevant to sales and client management.

Ideal candidates would come from similar backgrounds, possibly working with well-known firms in the industry such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, Makaan.com, and many others that have established themselves as leaders in real estate technology.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
• Understanding of the Real Estate Technology ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel as needed.
