Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Executive to join our Bangalore office. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across tech, product, database, DevOps, marketing, presales, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while building strong relationships with external companies. This role offers the opportunity to work with multiple startups and gain exposure to all facets of HR consulting. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across the company, including Tech/Engineering/Product/Database/DevOps, Go-To-Market/Marketing, Presales/Technical Consultants, Hospitals/Hospitality, and Manufacturing/Electronics/Industrial.
• Understand requirements in detail and prepare job descriptions per company templates.
• Source candidates using various techniques (job portals, social media, networking).
• Screen candidates for fitment, skills, and behavior before forwarding for further processing.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews, implementing effective interviewing techniques.
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and offer acceptance.
• Coordinate with clients for offer letters and ensure smooth joining processes.
• Reduce recruitment cycle time by hiring candidates with shorter notice periods.
• Build long-term working relations with external companies to generate more requisitions.
• Negotiate offers effectively and achieve recruitment metrics.
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

0-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Freshers with internships may apply. Must be well-versed in job portals and social media sourcing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, 6-day work environment (half-day Saturdays with WFH post-probation).
