Role Overview

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth in Karnataka and the surrounding regions. You should possess a strong background in the dental sector, especially concerning dental implants, while having established connections with various dental professionals such as implantologists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons. Your responsibilities will encompass not just sales but also team management, clinical education organization, and key account management, ensuring the business's sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to capture increased market share.
• Build relationships with new implantologists and dental clinics within the region.
• Engage with key opinion leaders and promote product offerings effectively.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Conduct field visits and customer interactions to guide team performance.
• Monitor sales KPIs and provide relevant coaching.

Clinical & Marketing Activities

• Coordinate workshops, seminars, and Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs with the marketing team.
• Establish partnerships with dental schools and professionals for mutual growth.
• Represent the company at conferences and professional events related to dentistry.

Key Account Management

• Manage relationships with premium dental clinics and corporate chains.
• Negotiate agreements while ensuring company profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support.

Collection & Operations

• Ensure timely payment collection and effective order execution.
• Monitor regional inventory needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts and detailed reports monthly.

Technical Stack

• 5–10+ years of experience in dental implant sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Dentistry, or related field.
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
• Strong network with implantologists and dental specialists.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
