Role Overview

As a Regional Product Manager based in Chennai, you will be pivotal in managing product performance within the region for X-Ray, USG, and CR/DR systems. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, application specialists, and the national product manager to ensure that product strategies align with market needs and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve both technical and sales responsibilities, enhancing product positioning and supporting the sales force to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the National Product Manager and General Manager to drive product sales and customer engagement.
• Provide direct support to the sales team and dealers in achieving sales targets through effective product demonstrations and technical support.
• Manage and track demo units effectively, preparing monthly reports to assist upper management in monitoring product performance.
• Keep abreast of relevant regulatory requirements and modifications, ensuring timely communication with management for compliance with both existing and new products.
• Assist in devising product positioning strategies informed by market feedback and technological advancements and translate these into actionable steps.
• Serve as the point of contact between the sales team and product principals regarding technical and development issues.
• Oversee travel plans for the application support team to facilitate necessary sales activities.
• Provide critical technical support to the service team, ensuring resolution of service-related issues promptly.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects as directed by management to further the strategic goals of the company.
