Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the management of key accounts and the identification of new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in Hospitality Sales and have the ability to cultivate professional relationships with stakeholders across various sectors including hotels, resorts, and institutional clients. With a result-driven mindset, the Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in executing the company's sales strategies and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, and Hospitality Projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with Hotel Owners, Procurement Teams, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Developers.
• Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Drive project and institutional sales through lead generation and client engagement activities.
• Conduct product presentations and lead commercial negotiations to closure.
• Generate new leads via market mapping and networking.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
• Ensure timely payment collections from clients while maintaining healthy relationships.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in Hospitality Sales, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or B2B Sales.
• Experience with Hotel Chains, Hospitality Projects, Institutional Clients, or Premium Commercial Projects preferred.
• Strong sales planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and account management capabilities.
• Ability to handle high-value projects and accounts.
• Knowledge of sales reporting and CRM systems.
• Proficient in lead generation and client engagement strategies.

Preferred Industry Background

• Experience in Hospitality Products / Hotel Supplies / OS&E / FF&E
• Knowledge of Sanitaryware / Bathware / Plumbing Products, Interior Products / Furniture / Flooring, Building Materials / Construction Products.
