Role Overview

We are actively seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead B2B sales initiatives for both Casaro Creamery and Craft Meat & Co in the Bangalore region. As our first dedicated sales representative in the city, you will be pivotal in expanding our market presence among artisan bakeries, cafes, hotels, cloud kitchens, and meat/deli retailers. You will effectively manage accounts and ensure alignment with our product offerings to maximize revenue per client.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
• Conduct field visits to potential clients, primarily spending 80% of your time on-site rather than working from a desk.
• Promote and sell our range of products, understanding clients’ needs for both cheese and meat products, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate smooth order delivery and client management.
• Utilize existing networks and establish new contacts within the F&B industry in Bangalore to secure sales leads.
• Regular reporting of sales performance and market insights.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹90,000 per month

• 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience in food ingredients, dairy, meat, bakery supplies, or FMCG with direct HoReCa selling experience preferred.
• Mumbai-based with knowledge of the city’s F&B landscape, including bakery clusters, restaurant hubs, and cloud kitchen zones.
• Existing contact book of chefs, bakery owners, hotel procurement managers, or restaurant owners is advantageous.
• Comfortable selling both vegetarian (cheese) and non-vegetarian (meat) products to diverse client types.
• Willing to engage in daily fieldwork with 80% of time spent onsite, not at a desk.
• Must own a two-wheeler; fuel reimbursement provided.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Proficient in smartphone usage for CRM, visit documentation, and WhatsApp order management.
