Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will take charge of the strategic sales efforts across the West India region including Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat. The individual will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and strengthen relationships with dental healthcare providers to achieve growth and revenue targets. This position is pivotal in directing market presence and enhancing the company's product offerings in the competitive dental healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Create and implement strategic business plans to drive the sales of ICX Dental Implant Systems and develop relationships with key professionals in the field, including implantologists and oral surgeons. Focus on expanding the company's market presence and improving customer engagement.
• Sales Leadership: Responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction is fostered.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct educational programs and product presentations, developing long-term partnerships with dentists and dental institutions while ensuring the support of critical implant cases.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights that align with business expansion goals.
• Operations Oversight: Maintain accurate records and efficient reporting mechanisms, managing inventory and ensuring timely collections from customers.

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
• MBA (Marketing) preferred
• BDS, MDS, B.Sc., or B.Pharm. will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a preference for Dental Implant Sales
• Proven experience in managing regional sales teams
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
