Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager (RM), you will become a vital part of a client relationship team. You should possess experience in client management, financial planning, investment products, and provide personalized service within a structured learning environment. Your role will involve deepening client relationships while ensuring they receive the best investment advice tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Build and deepen relationships with an assigned book of clients.
• Understand client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences to deliver personalized advice.
• Regularly review portfolios and recommend necessary rebalancing or new strategies aligned with their financial journey.
• Prepare client briefs and review notes for ongoing reviews and meetings.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to clients on key portfolio actions or changes.
• Generate leads and referrals from clients and work to increase wallet share.
• Collaborate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) to address and fulfill client needs.
• Develop familiarity with Scripbox’s advisory tools, risk assessment frameworks, and financial planning models.

Process, Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, service history, and tasks in the CRM system.
• Learn and adhere to Scripbox’s ethical conduct protocols and confidentiality requirements.
• Comply with internal processes to ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines and regulatory frameworks.

Learning and Growth Pathway

• Actively engage in training sessions, knowledge-sharing discussions, and shadowing investment opportunities to develop skills.
• Set and track milestones in investment advisory, client engagement, and portfolio management to promote continuous growth.

Salary

₹70,000 - ₹90,000 per month. Based on experience and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in financial services as a wealth manager or relationship manager (AMC experience preferred).
• Mandatory Requirement: NISM VA certified and XA, XB certified.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
• High attention to detail, client empathy, and process discipline.
• Analytical and process-oriented with the ability to prioritize deliverables.
• Passionate about personal finance and capital markets, interested in building a long-term career in wealth management.
• Solid knowledge of Indian equity and debt markets, along with financial products available.
