As a Release Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the release management lifecycle, ensuring that software releases are executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to facilitate the rollout of releases, patches, and hotfixes while effectively managing stakeholder communications. Your role is pivotal in identifying and mitigating release risks and in continuously improving the release processes to comply with internal and external standards.
Release Planning and Coordination: Work alongside engineering leadership and development teams to monitor progress towards release milestones. You will coordinate with Solutions Train Engineers and Product Support Project Managers to keep track of specific release versions.
Milestone Management: Ensure alignment among all stakeholders, including database administrators and documentation teams, regarding the delivery timelines. You will escalate any blockers or risks impacting release schedules and communicate the status of incremental deliveries and off-cycle deliveries to stakeholders.
