Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused, and results‑driven Retail Store & Sales Manager to lead our Gurgaon store (DLF Phase 4). This is a full‑time, on‑site role where you will own the day‑to‑day operations, drive sales, manage the team, and ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Maintain stock availability, coordinate inventory replenishment, monitor inventory levels to minimise losses, and ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational policies.
• Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop strategies to increase walk‑in conversions and repeat customers. Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise revenue. Analyse sales reports and implement improvement plans. Handle bulk orders, festive sales, and corporate inquiries.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team. Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance. Train employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction. Resolve concerns and complaints professionally. Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business. Maintain high customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed per brand guidelines. Create attractive seasonal and festive displays. Maintain pricing accuracy and promotional signage.
• Cash & Administration: Handle daily cash reconciliation and billing operations. Prepare daily sales reports and submit store performance updates. Coordinate with Head Office for inventory, HR, and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Tech Stack

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems – for billing and transaction management.
• MS Excel – for sales reporting, performance tracking, and inventory analysis.
• Basic Inventory Management Software – for stock tracking and replenishment coordination.

Minimum 2–5 years of retail store management experience, preferably in lifestyle, gifting, toys, fashion, décor, or premium retail. Bachelor's degree required. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems. Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
