Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive B2B project sales of our building materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction material sales, existing relationships with builders, and the tenacity to meet sales targets. This is a field-heavy role requiring daily travel to construction sites, meetings with engineers and contractors, and occasional phone-based closing. The company offers a two-week product training and a clear growth path: high performers can become Project Managers in under 3 months with their own team and increased compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage builders, contractors, and engineers for ongoing construction projects in Chennai.
• Visit multiple project sites daily to present product samples and explain specifications.
• Leverage existing builder contacts to generate qualified leads and close sales.
• Coordinate with the backend support team for smooth order processing and lead conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and project timelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
