Role Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Manager in the Automotive Division, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the automotive aftermarket, electric vehicles, and automotive components sectors. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about automotive sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with automotive aftermarket channels, vehicle channel partners, dealers, distributors, fleet operators, and institutional customers.
• Generate leads and conduct customer meetings to understand their requirements, effectively converting inquiries into orders.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales agreements.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks across assigned territories while building strong relationships with key account holders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and new product opportunities to stay competitive.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Track sales targets, order pipelines, collections, and customer feedback, ensuring timely follow-up on all quotations and purchase orders.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and track sales performance through reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
• Travel extensively to meet customers and support market development initiatives.

The role offers a salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and capability. As the automotive industry evolves towards electric mobility, your contributions will significantly shape the landscape of sustainable transportation solutions in India.

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive / EV / Auto Components / Spare Parts / Dealership / Fleet Sales / Aftermarket.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Strong understanding of automotive products and customer segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business development and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
