Role Overview

We are seeking driven, customer-focused Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping professionals make meaningful career choices. Key Responsibilities

• Consult, Guide & Convert: Engage with high-intent inbound leads to understand learners' aspirations. Use consultative conversations to build trust and recommend appropriate programs offered by GrowthSchool.
• Own Your Sales Pipeline: Manage leads from qualification through to enrollment. Schedule discovery sessions, close sales independently, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and Program Managers to enhance outreach strategies. Provide vital customer insights to continuously elevate the learner experience.
• Deliver Results: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets while tracking performance metrics to optimize conversion rates.

Tech Stack

• Sales Tools: CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
• Communication Tools: Email and chat platforms for engaging with prospects.
• Consultative Sales Techniques: Methods and practices that facilitate effective customer interaction and relationship building.

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

• Sales Consultant: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development.
• Senior Sales Consultant: 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Learning & Development.
