Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator is a crucial position within our sales department, focusing on ensuring streamlined coordination between clients and various internal teams. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who excels in managing multiple tasks effectively while delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities will include managing quotations, order processing, documentation, and ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales reports, and order details.

• Client Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring effective communication.
  • Keep clients informed of order status and respond promptly to inquiries.

• Order Management:

  • Accurately process sales orders and document client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing, Design, Operations, Logistics, and Accounts teams to meet deadlines.

• Internal Coordination:

  • Ensure timely follow-ups with internal departments on production and dispatch updates.
  • Manage documentation related to orders, approvals, and client communications.

• Payment & Collection Support:

  • Work with clients and the Accounts team on invoices and payment follow-ups, ensuring proper billing documentation.

Salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, Operations Coordination, or Order Management.
• Experience in handling B2B clients and supporting a sales team will be preferred.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing order execution is an advantage.
