Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities throughout India, focusing on our cast polyurethane solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Sales Manager based in Pune and handle the entire India region, pursuing business objectives and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to optimize sales revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
• Acquire new customers by identifying decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to closure.
• Analyze and understand customer needs for cast polyurethane solutions across different industrial segments, aiming to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with our factory team to develop tailored technical proposals that meet client specifications.
• Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and networking to discover new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to consultants, manufacturers, and clients, effectively demonstrating our products.
• Act as the central point of contact for lead generation, order placement, product delivery, and payment collection.
