Role Overview

As the Sales Manager/Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the Cybersecurity and Cloud Solutions segments across India. You will leverage your technology sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in achieving sales targets and establishing the company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across various segments, including Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers while expanding existing accounts.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Manage strategic accounts through a consultative selling approach to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
• Solution Selling: Promote and sell Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, and Managed Services, understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions. Conduct impactful presentations and negotiations.
• Sales Leadership: Lead regional sales initiatives, collaborating with technical teams to align customer-centric proposals. Mentor and support team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Maintain CRM records and provide business updates to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Technology, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or IT Solutions Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers across India.
• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling technology solutions across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.
• Established network of enterprise customers, channel partners, and system integrators.
• Certifications in Microsoft Security, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, or Sales Management are an advantage.
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
